Why coaching?
Coaching will help you discover clarity, balance, and purpose in your life and is based on the principle that each of us has inner wisdom, strength, and our own answers to our unique situations. Coaching is used by many people as a means to clarify and empower themselves to move forward, set intentions, and reach goals. This is done through self-assessment, celebration of strengths, the intent to succeed, and goal-setting. Numerous studies make it clear that when we set our intentions and goals in a concrete manner and incorporate self-care and mind/body practices, our state of well-being improves immensely.
About the coaching process
Each coaching relationship starts with a coaching contract that outlines our respective responsibilities as coach and client. Coaching is a collaborative relationship in which you, the client, design and set the agenda. As your coach I will be a source of support and resources, a sounding board, partner, and ally.
Coaching is delivered in a variety of formats depending upon client preference. In-person coaching is available from my offices on Quadra Island or in Campbell River. Skype sessions are also available.
